Return and Refund Policy

At SmartWealAcademy, we strive to provide high-quality financial literacy courses to help individuals enhance their knowledge. This policy outlines the conditions under which course enrollments may be canceled and refunds may be issued.

1. General Refund Eligibility
A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
If more than 20% of the course has been completed, refunds will not be granted, as the core learning materials have been utilized.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, users must:

Send an email to [email protected] with their order details, including purchase date and course title.
Explain the reason for the refund request.
Allow up to 10 business days for processing.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

The refund request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
The user has accessed more than 20% of the course materials.
The course was purchased during a promotional sale or with a discount coupon, unless otherwise stated.
The refund request is based on personal dissatisfaction unrelated to course quality.

4. Course Transfers & Enrollment Adjustments
If a user wishes to transfer to another course, they may request a course credit instead of a refund.
Course transfers must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

5. Subscription-Based Courses & Recurring Payments
If a course is part of a subscription, cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
Partial refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Users are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and restricted access to future courses.

7. Technical Issues & Access Problems
If a student is unable to access the course due to technical errors, they must notify SmartWealAcademy Support within 48 hours.
Refunds for technical issues will be granted only if the issue cannot be resolved within 7 days.

8. Policy Updates & Amendments
SmartWealAcademy reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time.
Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
